What to ask the landlord

Look at the equipment rather than the brochure: how many cardio machines for how many units, whether the weights are complete, whether the air conditioning or ventilation works, and the opening hours. Ask whether the gym runs on the generator — an unlit basement gym during an outage is unusable.
