For landlords

List Your Furnished Apartment in Nairobi

We send verified tenants — corporates, UN and embassy staff, relocating families, returning diaspora — directly to you. No exclusivity, no management contract, and no interference in how you run your property.

Tenants who are ready

Everyone who reaches you has told us their budget, dates and requirements first. You are not fielding tyre-kickers.

You keep control

You set the rent, you show the unit, you sign the lease, you take the money. We are out of the transaction entirely.

Verified badge

Passing the 7-point check gives your listing a verification badge, which measurably shortens the conversation with cautious tenants.

Pay securely with M-Pesa. No bank account needed.

What we need from you

A copy of your national ID or company registration, proof of ownership (title deed, allotment letter, or a head lease allowing sublet), the unit's details — type, size, furnishing level, amenities, minimum stay — and your asking rent with a clear statement of what the service charge covers. We then inspect the unit, check the price against the published band for your neighbourhood, and publish.

Verification usually takes two to four working days. We re-verify every 90 days, and we will ask you to confirm availability before we introduce anyone.

The checks you will go through

1. National ID / passport check

2. Proof of ownership

3. Photo verification

4. Price validation

5. Physical inspection

6. Tenant references

7. Re-verification every 90 days

Start on WhatsApp

Send us the unit details and a few photos. We will come back with what we need to verify and an honest read on whether your asking rent matches the market band for that area.

Landlord FAQs

What does it cost to list?

Listing and verification are free. Our commercial arrangement is agreed with you only when we successfully introduce a tenant who takes the unit, and it is never added to the tenant's rent.

Do I have to give you exclusivity?

No. Keep marketing the unit however you like. We only ask that you tell us promptly when it is let so we stop sending people.

Will you manage the property or hold deposits?

No. We are a matching service, not an estate agent or a management company. We never hold rent or deposits, and we never sign on your behalf.

What if my asking price is above the market band?

We will tell you, with the numbers. You are free to keep your price — we will simply be honest with tenants about where it sits relative to the neighbourhood range.

How do you handle my personal documents?

Ownership and ID documents are used solely for verification, stored securely, and never published or shared with tenants, in line with Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019.
