A relocation gives you a house-hunting window measured in days, in a city where the map is misleading: two areas five kilometres apart can differ by an hour of traffic and by half the rent. Without local knowledge you spend that window learning the city instead of choosing a home.
Start with the numbers. We publish price bands, occupancy, safety ratings, walk scores and drive times for eighteen Nairobi neighbourhoods, so you arrive with a shortlist of three areas rather than a whole city. Then we introduce you directly to verified landlords in those areas.
We are a matching service, not an estate agent: we introduce you directly to the landlord, you view and agree terms with them, and you pay them — never us. There is no tenant fee at any point.

"Landing with three areas already ruled in and eleven ruled out is the difference between a productive week and a wasted one."
With a shortlist and verified landlord contacts, one to two weeks from first viewing to keys is realistic. Starting cold, six weeks is more typical — most of it spent filtering out listings that are stale, misrepresented or fake.
Peak-hour trips routinely take two to three times the off-peak time. A 20-minute drive from Karen to Westlands at 11am is closer to 60 minutes at 8am. Judge every neighbourhood by its peak-hour commute, not its distance.
Rent plus service charge plus electricity plus water plus internet. Service charge alone runs roughly KES 3,000–5,000 per square metre per month in premium blocks, so a 120 sqm unit can carry a meaningful charge on top of the headline rent.
Under 18 months, furnished. Over two years, unfurnished plus locally bought furniture is usually cheaper even after resale losses.
No. We make introductions to verified landlords and take nothing from tenants. We are a matching service, not an estate agent.
We are a matching service. We connect you directly with verified landlords. You deal with them, you view with them, and you pay them. We never hold your money, we never sign your lease, and we never manage or let property on anyone's behalf. We earn from landlords, not from tenants. No tenant fees. Ever.
This positioning is deliberate: under Kenya's Estate Agents Act (Cap 533), a pure introduction and matching service is not an estate agency practice. If anyone contacts you claiming to hold keys or take a deposit on our behalf, that is not us — report it to us immediately.
Five questions, ninety seconds, and we come back on WhatsApp with apartments that actually match.
