We operate a matching and introduction service between prospective tenants and landlords of furnished apartments in Nairobi. We are not an estate agent. We do not act as agent for either party, we do not negotiate on your behalf, we do not draft or sign leases, we do not manage properties, and we do not receive, hold or transmit rent, deposits or any other tenant money.

We charge tenants nothing — no search fee, no introduction fee, and never a viewing fee. If anyone asks you to pay us for anything, it is not us. Report it to info@furnishedapartmentsnairobi.co.ke.

Price bands, rental yields, occupancy rates, safety ratings, walk scores and commute times are indicative market figures compiled from published research (including Knight Frank Kenya, HassConsult and Cytonn) together with verified landlord submissions. They are provided for orientation only and are not a valuation, a quotation, or professional advice.

Listings marked as sample listings are illustrative units built on real market ranges and may not be available. Availability, rent and terms are always confirmed with the landlord directly.

Our 7-point verification is carried out in good faith and re-run every 90 days. It substantially reduces the risk of fraudulent listings but cannot eliminate all risk. You remain responsible for viewing the property, satisfying yourself as to ownership and condition, and taking your own legal advice before signing or paying anything.

Give us accurate information about your requirements, deal honestly with landlords we introduce, and do not use the site to scrape data, send unsolicited marketing, or impersonate a landlord or tenant. We may decline to make introductions at our discretion.

To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, we are not liable for losses arising from any rental agreement you enter into, from the conduct of any landlord or tenant, or from reliance on indicative market information published on this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
