When we reply
Monday to Saturday, 8am to 7pm East Africa Time, usually within a couple of hours. Outside those hours we still read messages, we are just slower to check availability with landlords.
What to include
Monthly budget in KES, apartment size, two or three areas you are considering, your move-in date and how long you plan to stay, and anything non-negotiable — parking, pets, a desk, a generator that covers the unit, or walking distance to a specific office or school.
