What matters is whether there is a washing machine, a plumbed point for one, and somewhere the laundry can actually dry during the long rains in March to May.
Confirm whether a washing machine is included and, if so, its age and who repairs it. If there is no machine, check there is a plumbed and drained point plus a socket. Ask where drying happens — a drying yard, an enclosed balcony, or a laundry room — and whether the block prohibits visible laundry on balconies.
